Namada is a community aligned with the principle that privacy is the freedom to reveal, and that this freedom is for everyone. Since blockchains are predominantly transparent, we’re building a portal between public and private worlds so that everyone can use transparent chains while controlling what they reveal about themselves.
Namada will be an application-specific blockchain designed to integrate with Cosmos chains and Ethereum chains. Namada will enable these users to control what they reveal about their digital assets so that they can use transparent chains privately. These assets will also earn rewards for contributing to the privacy set.
At launch we’ll enable shielded Osmosis swaps, and develop more of these kinds of integrations to serve more of the Cosmos community before expanding to Ethereum. We’ll also experiment with DAO uses-cases and develop real-world integrations.

Black Sky is an emerging society of writers, thinkers, artists, and technologists that is creating an experimental research and cultural network. They produce events like Autonomous Ecologies and Ephemeral and also create zines so the Post-Web can become a reality.
The Post-Web is an autonomy-focused internet design that emphasizes privacy, sovereignty, and resilience within a local-first paradigm. Black Sky is in the process of conceptualizing an offline residency to further actualize this vision.
